Relocation to Middle Tennessee

A new city is more than a new address.

Relocation changes far more than where you live. It influences your commute, daily routines, lifestyle, family, career, and long-term plans. Having personally relocated multiple times and lived in five states, Leslie understands both the practical and emotional realities of starting over.

Threshold helps relocating professionals, executives, and families compare communities, understand Greater Nashville, evaluate neighborhoods, organize the search process, and move forward with confidence—not simply find a house.

For employers, Threshold also provides thoughtful residential relocation support designed to help employees feel informed, welcomed, and supported throughout their transition.
